A Day of Healing
Greetings - Sunday - November 7th., 2010
Did you remember to turn your clocks back?
I am available today until 2pm., pacific & then again this evening between 7pm & 10pm., pacific.
Today is one of those special spiritual healing days
where you will enjoy a new beginning, along with a true most appreciated
ending. Although it's not going to occur without you doing the
necessary soul work, specific to you, enabling you to enjoy the process
of experiencing both; the exciting new beginning & oh so welcomed
ending.
The First step is to meditate on self respect. Stand looking at yourself
in a mirror, begin by acknowledging your individual beauty, your
uniqueness, your identity in the physical. Say to your reflected self:
- I love & respect my appearance
- I love & respect my smile
- I love & respect that I am honest
- I love & respect that I am alive
- I love & respect that I am responsible & take care of myself
- I love & respect the air I breathe & the beautiful planet that I occupy
- I love & respect my work & my work ethic
- I love & respect that I am a good, loving, kind & caring friend
Continue on adding to the above list until you feel the divine spiritual connection of being One with God & His Universe.
Next take a pen & piece of paper, make a list of
everything that is creating a burden in your life. Then burn the piece
of paper. Not only will this ritual of acknowledgment & release be
cathartic, but it will actually free your spirit and soul, head and
heart, creating a space and place for all things new and wonderful to
enter your life. Writing down your burdens and unwanted excess baggage
in your life will have a great healing effect, altering your
perspective, almost immediately. This is a practice that Monks use
allowing their meditations to have greater healing impact. I have done
this myself with great success.
Now Deep Breathe! Your life & divine spirit is actually in your
'Breath'...when we stop breathing, we cease to exist. When you complete
your healing exercises, take several deep breaths, rest in knowing that
right now, everything is fine, you are in control, you are blessed and
life is 'good'.
