Still feeling the remnants of the Aquarius Moon, allows us to indeed enjoy a cosmically quiet day. This does not mean that we will avoid communication conflict. Remember you cannot fix 'STUPID'. So don't even let a person who fits that description get to you.

As with all 'airy' moon characteristics, words will fly without a thought as to 'how' what we are saying can adversely affect the situation. People who fail to 'think' about what they are saying and about what their goal is in the communication often times spew out things that just don't make sense. Most often these people are unable to fight fair and are basically selfish, unjust people to begin with thinking that for some reason they are owed something that they are not. I call this type and style of personality 'an angry' type of personality, someone who is harboring anger or deep resentment within. Stay as far away from these people as possible. They are like a time bomb. But if you must deal with them, do so, but in a very delicate manner with a righteous strategy and application that will placate the situation rather than dump fuel on their ruthless and ridiculous fire.

Are you being passive, unforgiving, unreasonable, and unfair? Perhaps you are the person who is behaving in an unjust manner? You know deep inside of yourself what your real intent is behind your communication, and it's wise you keep a good 'check' on that today. Attempting to be start or stay in a fight by choosing to be sarcastic or deceptive, is childish, immature and serves no purpose than to make 'exactly what you don't want'----happen---'LOSS' and in every sense of the word. Plus, such ridiculous, unjust, unreasonable behavior actually gives the other person power over you because you are definitely the 'wrong' party and you're showing them just how right they are about you, by how you are choosing to deal with the issue.

Choosing to stay focused on the issue, and the facts of the issue, what you want, need and desire specifically, directly and on point, is an absolute if you are to get anywhere or conclude the result you are seeking. If you are doing anything other than moving forward toward a solution, is simply a waste of time, energy and effort and ultimately 'money', and it reveals gross immaturity on your part, if you are being the unreasonable irrational unfair and unjust, unwise party.

I don't know about you, but I cannot deal effectively with irrational, illogical and immature people, and especially in business.  If you are the person with an agenda and/or holding the grudge toward someone for whom you are working for, or performing a job or task for, and you're showing your ass by choosing to behave ridiculously rather than responsibly, then you are cutting your own throat.

Ask yourself this question: Would you prefer to be seen as fair and reasonable, solution oriented; or immature, irrational, unfair? If yo, and continue to fight? If you opted for the former, then good for you because you will have an opportunity for a win-win situation and actually achieve favor, and with far less fussing and fighting, and 'redoing' or 'renegotiating the things of the past, remaining in the present, and going forward, rather than staying 'STUCK ON STUPID', so long as you choose to do business with those who are also fair, just, responsible, direct and honest, as well as those who know how to communicate wisely and effectively.
