Weekend Update - Friday - October 1st., 2010

Fresh Ideas, new concepts, tying up loose ends from this past week, and preparing for a rather eventful Mercurial weekend ahead! Mercury forms challenging aspects to four planets. A Mercury, (communication) Mars (action) Neptune (romantic) weekend that you'll enjoy such as perhaps no other, this fall. The challenge is going to be whether or not you're feeling good both emotionally & physiologically ---- and this weekend 'feeling good' does make a huge difference. Touching on feeling good, and what perhaps takes us down more often than not is 'stress'.

No doubt in life we are going to be faced with challenges. Being prepared by having the ability to employ conflict resolution skills is half the battle. Whether emotional, physical or psychological---challenges of daily life can often times create undue stress and strife because we are simply unable to deal effectively with these challenges in a way that is conducive to maintaining emotional balance. And just like our computers are famous for during system overload... "We Crash".

But we don't need to crash & burn. We can truly stay ahead of challenging daily life games by staying in tune with our bodies, our minds, our spirit and our soul. And when we 'feel as though we are going to shut down'... we can just say, OK... it's time to just let go, no more push and pull, no more trying to control----just let go of the rope, and go for the ride called " R-E-L-A-X"...big sigh! I know we all hate to be told to 'relax' but truly, what other word better describes... "Chill"...?? Ok, it's time to as my kids used to tell me, 'Mom, take a Chill Pill' !! Hard to swallow at times, but when our children seem to know 'what we need to do'... and they are not nearly as smart as we are... LOL ahem ahem... 'koff koff...yes, I think you get the picture. Yes, soulfully, spiritually, GOD is using our kids & our out of control situation as His messenger in order to bring us an option & solution for relief.

Mercury is fast moving, information giving & gathering. Mercury is our cosmic messenger, our precious winged friend who is rushing around this weekend in the cosmos sending us messages from God thru our situations and others. It will behoove us to 'sit up' take notice, be alert and 'listen'. As I suggested above, this could be the most incredible weekend you'll experience all Fall.  Enjoy, learn much...& CHILL!
