There won't be a better day this month, than 'today' to just SAY GOOD BYE!
It's time to cut your losses & just SAY GOOD BYE to that one particular person in your life whom you know is causing you daily grief, stress & strife, & constant upset in just about every area of your life, due to the stress of just having them in your life, and enough is 'enough'!!

By letting go of your 'attachment' at least in the physical, and walking away, will promise that in time, the emotional will subside as well. After all, just like diving off a diving board, our body will follow our head, regardless. And such is true regarding our emotions. Our emotional attachment will follow our intellectual decisions. It doesn't feel so good while we go thru it, that is natural. However, it is promised that it does become better, easier to deal with and accept day by day. You know who this person is your life whose energy collides with yours, causing you to feel drained, or filled with continued angst day in and day out. Yet, (as most of us do, because we are human) you cling to her or him or the actual situation, you are in, because it is familiar.

SO day is a day of reckoning, let go & watch how you begin to feel. AMAZING after about a week, I promise you. Anything in our lives that has become a 'habit' ... especially those 'bad habits' are the most difficult to break. However, you do have help right now, and what you decide to do, 'will stick' and favorably for you.
