The final day of August marks what many of us consider the last day of Summer. Wow!! Did it go fast. It's amazing how between June 1st and Sept 1st seems to be, for most of us, a lightening speed progression of time.  Now we're here bearing down on the Fall Equinox, ushering in a new terrific season to behold. We begin thinking about the holidays, Halloween. Turkey Day, Black Friday----oh and speaking of Black Friday--- please my friends, begin your Christmas shopping now.

I began a unique project this year, something I have never done before. And I've found it to be fun, and quite cost effective, less burdensome than trying to go full speed ahead with last minute shopping where you just stress yourself out to the max!! So this year that I will share with you all my innovative shopping trick when you have 'like I do' tons of loved ones to buy for. Now, I am not the most creative when it comes to gifts, yet this year I was inspired to do something different due to a special gift someone sent to me. I call it the my 12 days of Christmas Basket. I gather med to large wicker baskets on sale. Then I colourfully paint the name of the person on the front of the basket. I started this in March.

From that point forward, thru out the year when I am out shopping or what have you, and i think of that person when I see something special, I then buy it, take it home and put it in their basket.  Once I have twelve items in each basket, I then creatively arrange it, decorate it, and using celophane to tie it all up, then add the fancy bows, and there you have it, it's ready to go! Next thing to do is find the appropriate 'sized' box to ship. I have found going to Home or Office Depot you will find whatever sized boxes you're looking for and they are inexpensive.

The cosmos today offers creative unique and inventive expansion in personal areas of your life.
