Greetings - Sunday - November 1st., 2009
I am available today until 1pm., pacific & then again this evening
between 7pm & 10pm., pacific.
All Saints Day launches with adding an extra hour of sleep time... hope everyone remembered to 'turn your clocks' back an hour last nite at 2am. Now of course, that is for everyone in the US (other than Hawaii, of course). I simply adore Daylight saving time, for me it just makes things flow cleanly & smoothly. This particular time frame between now and when we turn our clock up an hour in March, will also do same for you----allowing you the appearance of just having more time to enjoy yourself or your life. It's during the winter months that we tend to 'at least' feel as though we have more time----we are simply not so rushed. There are reasons why we appear to have more time, and one of those reasons has to do with cooler/colder weather allows us to actually get more sleep. Hence, this extra sleep is good for us. SLEEP (and the right amount) calms us down, 'slows' our mental & physical energy down to a pace where we feel better, and truly can enjoy our time spent doing things 'activities' at a slower pace. Which means that when we are not so rushed, we enjoy our lives and the activities in our lives so much more. :)

Today is an awesome Saintly day, because today you will forgive someone. Forgiveness is the most awesome gift that you could ever give someone; Forgiveness Rocks today!! Conversations flow and information passes between people almost as if by lightening speed. And yeah, it's hard to forgive someone when you've been hurt or someone you love has been hurt by someone whom you are harboring unforgiveness and resentment toward.

Suddenly you will realize how the harboring Unforgiveness is poisoning your spirit.
So how do you go about forgiving someone? Below are steps for you to take today in order to break out of the slavery and bondage of unforgiveness.

Acknowledge your forgiveness from God, according to scripture.
(Matt 6:12-15 & Matt 18:21)
Confess your anger, hostility, bitterness, resentment & rage.
REALIZE and acknowledge that unforgiveness is a violation of the word of God
Ask God to forgive you.
Lay Down your anger and bitterness toward the person or people.

How do you know that you have truly forgiven someone?
Because when you see them again, you won't feel the same way about them, you are liberated, you are now free and you're willing to accept them 'the way they are'. This doesn't mean that everything is just perfect----what it means is that the goal for you, to be free, is an absolute. Compassion is there and you are completely set free, and you will Thank God for allowing this opportunity to experience true forgiveness in every sense of the word, thru the Grace of God.

When we deal with anger by choosing to forgive, then we are set free. You are set free ...as is the other person. It is a true spiritual gift and blessing, of true love.
