Greetings - Thursday - July 23rd., 2009
Feelings, emotions, worries, frets & fears are all par for the course today as you mull over a situation or circumstance occurring over the past several days, that is about to drive you crazy! Settle down. You may be struggling for answers that simply don't exist. Rather look at the solution to your anxiety over the situation. That is where you will find the most peace, and you'll feel better to focus on yourself, cut yourself some slack, recognizing that you are definitely not perfect and you are absolutely human.

Turn your attention toward constructive pursuits as the day lingers, you'll find you're less anxious about what occurred during the New Moon Eclipse phase, & far less emotional about all that occurred. There are many variables working now in conjunction creating internal chaos----cosmic, environmental, & conditional. We don't have to simply accept our knee-jerk inappropriate response to this stimuli----if we can understand that we do have control. In order to exercise control over our emotions we must learn conflict resolution skills. These skills are an invaluable tool in all emotional interaction whether it's our 'self talk' our  internal conflicts that we struggle over, or external or interactive conflicts with others around you.

Rather than focus on how that other person close to you is behaving, or 'what you believe you need, want or desire for that other person to do', redirect your energy onto yourself. Bring yourself back into control. Make it your decision to not 'take personally' anything that s/he does. This will inadvertently allow you to better maintain control of your emotions, taming that knee-jerk reaction/response. Make it your conscious choice to disallow anyone to make you have a bad day. It's just not worth it. You are responsible for your emotions, and how you choose to respond to any given situation. By evening, you're feeling better & yes, in control, Of YOU!!
