What are you going to wind up doing next? You think about this, long and hard, especially today after this long holiday weekend comes to a close. While hanging on to what you crave most, or whatever it is that you are most attached to, (good for you or not) you recognize that although your mind may tell you 'one thing' your 'heart' tells you another. Oh the burden & mystery of wanting what we seemingly cannot have. What is up with that?

There are some things in this world that just don't make sense, and some things in this life that we cannot change or that we cannot see (about ourselves or others) ever, or more often than not, until it's too late. The word acceptance comes to mind. And for most of us, that one word is our greatest life long challenge.

Whether you are attempting to figure out something about yourself, or about someone else, regardless, there comes a time to just give it a rest, by simply choosing to accept whatever it is that you are unable to change, applying your energy, effort, talents & abilities in making effective changes where you can truly make them, in those areas of life where you do have options & opportunities to actually change things.

Say what you need to say... just be real. Do what you need to do, making sure that your intent is pure. Get it all out of your system. Deal with things in your life today & in a way that will allow you to 'end' the drama & chaos in your life, creating a life of balance, love & joy. Allow yourself the opportunity to modify behaviors that you know are unhealthy and continue to lead you to a life of unhappiness. Allow yourself to get back to the core elements of a healthy lifestyle that creates your best blessed life, in every area of your life. Recreate a life that is filled with all that makes you 'feel' good about where you are, who you are, what you're doing and where you're going from here. It's time... you're ready, and today is the first day...
of the rest of your life!
