It's ok to Be Negative Sometimes
It's Ok To Be Negative Sometimes. This blog is my opinion and my point of view. Thinking positive is a good thing. Meditating, positive manifestation, etc, all those are good, but sometimes it's not enough. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a very strong advocate of being positive.
However, it's ok to be negative sometimes. That is a part of life, that is a part of the balance. As long as you don't let your negative thoughts or emotions overtake you and control you or even cause you to make a decision because of your state of mind. I strongly feel that life is about balance. Too much of any one thing can make someone discouraged. Imagine, waking up every single day and forcing yourself to do the same thing over and over with no break.
The main point of this blog is to point out that it is ok to just let your hair down and take a break from what you're doing, even if its from constantly thinking positive. I'm in no way advocating anyone to think negative ALL the time, or to START thinking negative.
For me personally, I'm a naturally positive person, and sometimes I get more neutral, rather then negative. Some people call it being realistic. But that works for me. It's very hard for me to be negative, it's just not who I am and I've been that way all of my life. You have to find what works for you. There is no right or wrong way.
If you are someone who thinks negative or pessimistic all the time, maybe try taking a break from that too. Maybe you can turn the negativity into something more nuetral (realistic) or maybe even positive. I know some people who takes life as it comes, they don't think positive or negative, they just deal with things as it comes down their path. That's ok too!!
And I will end with this final thought, IT'S OK TO TAKE A BREAK FROM WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!! It's a part of life. Up and down is a part of life. You have sunshine and then you have rain. It's ok.
