Be Gentle with Yourself Today
Breathe in, close your eyes, and think to yourself:
Today I will be gentle with myself. I will surround myself with those that are gentle, listen to relaxing music, peaceful situations, and strive to keep a peaceful environment. I will talk quietly, engage in slow rhythic movements. I will not engage in battles today, nor make any major decisions--for I will know exactly what to do after this retreat into gentleness.
