Cleanse Your Thoughts
Thoughts go out into the world and create what was thought about. Do your best to monitor the words, phrases, and ideas you speak to yourself and others. Be mindful of any negative feelings or thoughts base on fears or insecurities. For example, thoughts of jealousy, competition, resentment, or revenge gives off an energy field that is dense and dark. Holding grudges or resentments toward yourself, a situation, or a person, blackens your aura. Today, pay attention to your thoughts—watch what is projected into the universe. Strive toward cleansing your thoughts—project loving thoughts in all its forms; compassion, patience, understanding, empathy, and kindness.
