Early Bird Today...
My day has started much earlier than normal...
I am pet-sitting for my son's "two boys" (as he calls them); a 5yr Pug & a 3 month old Pit Bull puppy....and as cute & darlin' as they may be, they are typical "boys". Rowdy! And since I have 4 cats & my daughter has a small Chihuahua, I have the 'boys' set up in the guest room. They have a large crate they sleep in at night, but wanting to avoid a big mess I made sure I was up early enough to take them out for a walk. Whew...my normal 15 minute morning routine of making coffee & feeding the animals, turned into a hour long ordeal! :)
I find it interesting how pets take on the personality of the owners. For example, my son's "boys" are very much like him--loud, full of energy, active, selectively deaf, and want to be center of attention ALL the time. On the other hand, my daughters Chihuahua is referred to as a princess, danity, prances when she walks as if to say 'look at me', once she has your attention will roll around on the floor being silly to keep your attention--HOWEVER, she is extremely territorial and can fly into bitch mode if her space (or things) are invaded OR if the wind blows & changes her mood! (No offense to my daughter of course--I simply call 'em as I see 'em!) lol
Now before anyone gets upset that I would compare my grown children to dogs....I am only going by my own personal observation. Also, I have observed both my children on all fours barking & running in circles playing with their pets! :)
Anyways...to wrap it up--my day started much earlier because of the demands & needs of my house guests. I will sign in for calls shortly and be available throughout the morning with short breaks. I will be taking the afternoon off today and become available again this evening around 6 pm CST. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
