Investing in faith...

Think back to all the energy spent worrying over a particular issue--in most cases these fears never materialized.  There never will be anything that merits being anxious, because the time, energy, and emotions spent on worrying far exceed any actual issue that might arise.

Investing time in faith is a far more valuable way to spend ones' energy.  Positive belief creates positive energy and allows us the freedom to be happy and enjoy ourselves.  Improved physical and emotional health is another benefit to investing in faith.  Also, we are more attractive in every way when we allow ourselves to be relaxed and carefree.

Naturally we will worry occasionally and by no means do I suggest we ignore these worries.  I am suggesting that since we have the universe (God, Higher Power, etc etc) within our reach, it's just a matter of handing "it" over!

Thought for today:

I give my worries to God.  Me & mine are completely safe.  All my needs are provided for today and in the future, and I am filled with faith--creating positive energy, thoughts, and a feeling of well being!
