Truth and Integrity begins with ourselves--we must be honest and true with ourselves in all of our actions and situations. If you are struggling with a situation, person, or anything and it is not working; be willing to admit that you can not fix "it", control it, nor handle things alone. Be willing to release it to God. When we open our hands and hearts and release unhealthy situations God's loving healing light can enter--wonderful miraclous things happen when we do that!
