The Untold Story...
One of my all time favorite classic movies is Wizard of Oz. From the first time I saw this movie as a small child it captured my imagination and has entertained me throughout the years. Being whisked away to the land of Oz for an afternoon of witches, wizards, flying monkeys, and a cast of colorful charactors is one of my favorite stress reliever. I kid you not, my only copy of this movie disappearred over the summer and I have it listed on my Christmas 'wish list'. I am certain someone will purchase it for me as everyone in my family knows how much I love it!
'Fess up now, how many you have traveled the yellow brick road? Peek around the curtain to spy on the wizard? Hopped on your broomstick and visited the Land of Oz?
How many of you have wondered about the Witches of Oz? Longed to really see what was behind the curtain of Emerald City? Endured sleepless nights wondering how one green-skined witch became so WICKED???
This evening I will ride my broomstick over to St Louis, the rest of my group can travel the yellow brick highway, and finally see what lies behind the curtain of Emerald City! Tonight the untold story will be revealed, we will discover what went on in the Land of Oz BEFORE Dorthy dropped in! Tonight we are going to see the musical Wicked!
I am so excited! I saw the Chicago production last year, but I am just as excited knowing I will get to watch it again! Even more so because of the company--both my children, a couple of close friends, and myself are meeting for dinner then off to the production!
So, I will be available for calls this morning and this afternoon only. This evening I will be seated in the Orchestra Section at the Fabulous Fox for an evening of pure enchantment & magically entertainment.
