Getting out of a funk.....

Getting out of a funk when you don't feel like you can. It can feel like your stuck in a rut that you'll never get out of. But, fear not! You can get out of it and quicker then expected or even realized. Just let the problem go. If you can't fix, solve it or do something about it right that minute just let it go! Work on something else and come back to that problem later. I've found if you sit and dwell on that problem then things can and most of the time will spiral downwards into a bottomless pit. Staying positive can be a huge help for you and your emotional state. Also keeping positive can make better things happen for you. It draws more positive things to you rather then negative energy and negative people.

Do something to pamper yourself and even that will make you feel better. Even just talking to an upbeat positive friend can help change your outlook on the problem. Give yourself a day to deal with the problem but don't let it consume you to the point that it's making you obsessed. And always look at it and try to laugh. There are situations that need your attention but things that can wait or that are less of a problem then you realize don't let that bring you down.

Some suggestions to make you feel better are: go for a nice long walk, talk to a positive friend, sit in a park and read a book, listen to music that you love, sit in a park and people watch and relax, take a nice long bubble bath, go workout at the gym, or whatever you like to do for fun or just to relax. That way it'll give you some time to think over the problem in a more relaxed manner and come at it from a different direction.

I hope this helped you in some small way. Remember to love and laugh each and every day!
