Letting go and having fun.......
Getting in touch with you're inner child and playing is something most of us need to do. We're so stressed out from day to day life that we take no time for ourselves. Do what you need to do to de-stress and relax. Put in a funny movie that doesn't have any good use other then it makes you laugh. Go for a walk. Sit and just ponder life for a while. Read a book or whatever it is you know you need to do to relax even if that means taking an hour long bubble bath. Do something just for the hell of doing it don't worry about anything else other then being in that moment in time. Doing this once a month to maybe even say once a week will help you get back to a balance that you can handle when the stress of life is getting to you. Having a good cry works too. Let out all that frustration and then move forward. Working out helps with stress as well.
Think back to when you were a child and didn't have any cares in life other then who you were going to play with that day or what you were going to do. Go on a hunt for fairies? Pretend like you were a pirate on a ship on the open ocean? Just running around with your bestest friend and laughing your heads off? You know how to do it you just need to get back in touch with the way to do it. We think as adults that we're supposed to be so serious and always in control. Life isn't always serious and a lot of times not in control. So let yourself go and have some fun! It'll be good for you!
