Encounters with Spirits From Beyond-A True Story
I decided to do a post about EVPs. I recently saw a show about this topic-and "ghosts/spirits" and such. There were real messages caught on tape from past loved ones. Is it REAL? YES! I myself have had experiences WITH EVP's-caught on tape-by accident!
Years ago, I had joined a few ladies in a prayer and meditation group. We did this on a daily basis via phones. I sat down late one evening-at a friends home-and little did I know that SHE had 'taped myself and another female'-trying to help her through prayers and meditation-all on the line together at once while she was crying very upset. She told me "HEY I taped you guys'! I said 'huh'? She laughed and talked about how much the 'session' had encouraged her-and she listened to it every night-as she was going through a crisis at work. She flipped it on-and starting we both started laughing as it was pretty neat to 'listen' again to what was transpiring. Suddenly in the middle of us listening-a voice came booming out the speaker-that I barely heard-but SHE did! 'DID you hear THAT"?! She stared at me and I told her not sure-even though I thought I DID hear something but wasn't sure! She shouted she had heard another voice on the tape! She rewound the tape back again. BUT she pumped up the volume LOUDER and we both listened. Sure enough-in the middle of myself saying a prayer for her situation-I heard a LOUD voice echo through the room shouting "GLORY! Glorrry glorrry!!"--each time the words slowly fading but crystal clear as a bell! My mouth fell open and so did hers-she rewound it again--we both listened-once again a distinct DEEP voice was shouting-the word glory 3 times!! My friends asked me "What IS that"? Absolutely dumbfounded-I told her I honestly didn't know! I later asked the lady who was on our lines-if she had a visitor in the room with her-at the time this was done--her answer was NO...why? I had made a copy of the tape-and let her listen. She laughed so hard--and when I asked her who the heck was this-she replied "It musta been her angel joining in agreement for your friend."...
I began to tape our prayer/meditation sessions after that day and listen to them. I just thought it would be 'fun'-after what I had witnessed. But one evening-after having 4-5 new people joining on the sessions-as I sat listening to the tape-I began to hear something very strange. I hit 'rewind'--but the tape was stuck while rewinding-AND continued playing 'backwards'--and on that tape was the distinct voice of an entity or spirit that screamed obscenities-until I threw the player across the room shaking in shock. The voices were crystal clear-and so was the message. What had this tape captured? I called and talked to several-even let them hear the tape-and one hung up the phone-(at the time a young minister in training*). His Mother later called back and told me "destroy this tape". Her son was in the bathroom sick. I burned that tape-quickly without a 2nd thought. I didn't understand-for years I didn't. But many years passed by. Later on I suspected some'thing' didn't like what it heard-and/OR there may have been ONE person listening who we didn't know well-that may have been tampering in black magic of some sort. I don't think I'll ever really know.
The one thing I DO know is this--EVPS' are REAL. They really DO capture spirits in another realm--most of the time the messages are good-even can be from deceased loved ones or maybe a heavenly realm. They can also capture 'others'-voices or unwelcomed entities from another realm that does exist also. I still treasure the tape my friend gave to me-that to this day I still believe - captured the voice of an angel. It can still be heard by all who hear it! Also-it has taught me that our WORDS -in prayer and meditation carry power into the Spirit Realms-more powerful than we can even begin to conceive of!! Remember this the next time you go into prayers and meditation!! You may not hear an angel shout-but they ARE listening!
