How to Change Your Life in One Hour


We all have mornings we are 'late' getting up-then rushed with kids and family-then run 'late' again getting to work.  By the time we GET somewhere we're burned out-and gulp down caffeine and cram down a doughnut to 'jumpstart' our body AND our brain! At the end of the workday-we are stuck in rush hour traffic fists clenching the wheel wondering why the boss couldn't seem to understand ENGLISH muchless a lunchbreak?

By the time you get HOME you feel like you've been hit by a freight train!!...


Sound Familiar.....?

Everyone in this day and age work late hours moreso than ever-and it's always 'rush here'-get to work, get gas, buy groceries, cook meals and figure how to pay the bills!
We forget we're human beings-and responsible to REST and REFRESH our MIND, BODY and SPIRIT-but sometimes it's so HARD to find the time!
How much time do you need to change things IF this pattern if it sounds like you??

:::ONE HOUR A DAY:::

1-Make a point of getting up ONE hour earlier DAILY-make it 'your time' to start a new day-ESPECIALLY if you have family and kids!
2-Fix yourself a "mini" breakfast-fresh eggs and a tall glass of orange juice.
3-Walk outside-IF you live in the country-sit down and listen to all of natures sounds-if possible watch the sun rise if all its GLORY!
4-Quiet yourself and relax inside; and ask Spirit to help you let of fears and anxieties for the day
5-Make a point of reading a motivational or inspiration email before starting your day
6-Make a list of the things you want to see CHANGE in your life.  Make them  into a positive affirmations.
7-OUTLOUD--Speak your affirmations so you will HEAR them from your own 'mouth'!
 (*Your words DO carry more power than you'll ever know-but your SPEAKING them PROGRAMS your subconscious mind-same principle on NEGATIVE WORDS!*)
8-Make a point of becoming more AWARE of what you SAY to others as well as yourself!  What you say today-really DOES become "Your FUTURE'!!
9-Find a 'special music CD' if you live in noise of a big city-I strongly suggest look for something by Steven Halpern who has tons of  awesome Relaxation and Meditation subliminal CDS-that sooth the mind and soul! Block out the morning traffic noises-use earphones if possible.
10-Explore your spiritual 'side' - it is what will guide you when you question ALL lifes' decisions!
11-Begin to journal what goals you've set for the day and for the week.
12-Take a moment to thank SPIRIT that GREAT things await your day and EXPECT THEM!

When you walk out the door realize...


THIS IS A NEW DAY with NEW CHALLENGES
 and consider POTENTIAL PROBLEMS..
GOLDEN OPPORTUNITIES!


Make a decision EACH DAY you'll dedicate your ONE HOUR to communing with Spirit, motivating yourself-
and EMPOWERING YOUR LIFE!


Then put on a BIG SMILE-and go out to greet the world with it!!

This ONE HOUR a day EVERY day-
COULD just change your LIFE!





We ALL want LIFE TO CHANGE..


The FACT is when WE change so does our LIFE!
