PSYCHIC ROULETTE-what you NEED to know!
I've been reading many articles on the blog forum that really hit home to me as a Reader. That is the topic of 'psychic surfing'. I want to throw in my '10 cents' on this topic-and why it is not good to play Psychic roulette-how it affects both 'caller AND readers' alike!
This is a hot topic lately-why do people go jumping from one Psychic to calling 10 or more?? Good question-but also one that definitely needs some clarification. IS it nomal? I would say yes for about 60% of new callers-as they are usually desperate to get answers to something that is upsetting or bothering them and very stressed over whatever the issue is-whether it be love or finances. What the 'average' first-time callers do not realize is-the more Readers they call-the more DIFFERENT answers they get-leaving them more confused than when they picked up the phone. MAYBE the first Readers 'answer' didn't suit them or wasn't what they want to 'hear'-then the SECOND Reader tells them the truth-which could mean a change in partners or a new job after a 'loss'. THEN the caller gets anxious-wondering what THAT could mean-so they go and call ANOTHER Reader-wondering which of the other 2 readers were 'right' OR 'wrong' and if not satisfied with the 3rd READERS answer-just randomly call multiple Readers at 5 networks ending up at the end of 10+ calls- wondering who said what and forgets which was 'who'!
What the caller forgets is one main thing--calling a Psychic means giving themselves AND that Reader time to get to know them-meaning establishing a RELATIONSHIP with the Reader-meaning trust, honesty, taking notes for sure! That does NOT happen in ONE 5 minute phone call! Most of all it means taking TIME to listen and learn what messages that particular Reader has for them-which means 'timeout' to absorb what was said-and if the answer was NOT what was the person wants-at least think about it-and not go jumping gungho pissed off stating to the reader-'I KNOW you are not right period' and leaving what is referred to as 'basher' type remarks about how 'bad the reader is..etc. etc.. Then they go around calling everyone at every Psychic networks-and seem to be seeking the 'PERFECT READER'. I am so sorry to inform anyone who calls ANY Reader-NO Reader is 'perfect'-nobody-not me at least-and if there WAS the 'perfect Reader' we would ALL be out of a job--AND there wouldn't be a need to call ANYONE else! That just isn't happening-not realistic if you are serious about calling a Psychic who truly wants to help you! Give a Reader a chance-at least 2-3 times-if you are NOT happy with them after 2-3 calls-THEN change Readers- and shop around!
I have a few suggestions for anyone who calls me and/or ANY Reader anywhere:
1. Look over everyones profile and picture-BUT BE SURE TO 'READ THE 'ADS' OR PROFILES! Don't call a Reader just 'because' they look like a model or whatever--READ THEIR ADS! Sure pics are important-BUT so are the words on the Readers AD-they tell you who they ARE-WHAT THEY DO AND WHY-and usually what KIND OF READINGS-AND their limitations!
2. Write down your questions-ALL of them-before calling a Reader. Have a notebook and pen handy to take notes-and be willing to HEAR what they tell you even IF you do not agree! Don't jump the gun with a 'NO WAY' attitude--later you may see something you didn't think could even happen! Even timeframes and dates can vary-so keep an open mind in readings!
3. Clear your mind and be OPEN to whatever they say to you-LISTEN CAREFULLY. A 'TRUE READER' can usually sense when someone is so upset they are NOT hearing a word they are saying-and know they can't help you-if you aren't truly listening.
4. When calling a Reader-you have a right to ASK QUESTIONS-clear up ANY confusion about how they WORK AND WHY! YOU are the one paying them-you need to be 100% positive you understand THEM and what kind of readings they do-again READ THE ADS!
5. Don't jump the gun and go 'psychic surfing' out of ANGER-just because 'THAT READER' is 'wrong' in your eyes! If you disagree-tell the READER-AND WHY-and also email them if you do not understand ANYTHING! MOST of the time Readers will be glad to reply back-and respond to anything you did not understand! IF you get cutoff--don't BLAME THE READER-write them-most will gladly send you FREE MINUTES for the disconnected phone call! Keep your comments on Feedback about the READING-not fair to do otherwise!
6. Last but most importantly remember-most ALL Psychics that are 'real'-will be honest with you about your situation. That means if you want 'REAL ANSWERS'-you need to be willing to be OPEN to the truth about what a Reader tells you-even if you do not like what you 'hear'. At least be willing to give yourself time to 'think' about what was said. Most ALL Readers can tell stories-myself included of how " angry Clients" send emails later-even months later that state.......YOU were so Right...I 'wish' I had listened.........
