Visions of a Genius-Steve Jobs (Revised*)

The world mourns the passing of a genius-Steve Jobs-who passed October 5th, 2011 at age 56.  The creator of Apple computer and more-this man was compared to Einstein for the awesome works he created.

A survivor of pancreatic cancer in 2009, he continued to work-then retired.  Known for Apple computers, Ipods, Ipads, Itunes, Iphones and more this man exceled at whatever he did.  He made the list of Forbes as a billionaire in March of this year.   Gifted and successful-his innovations made history and will continue to far into the future.   On one day in the summer of 2011, with the stock hitting the $400 level, Apple briefly passed Exxon Mobil as the world's most valuable company.

To those who knew him and loved him-and those worldwide-he will be sorely missed for his clever devices which we will continue to use daily.   Steve Jobs was born in 1955-and his legacy will continue to live on.  For a moment I envisioned as I watched the news announce his death-a smiling and vibrant Steve Jobs whistling to the tune of "Let it Be", as he watched the news from above on his Ipad then he disappeared into a cloud.

"Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.
If you haven't found it yet, keep looking.   Don't settle.
As with all matters of the heart,

you'll know when you find it."
~Steve Jobs~

NOTE:
(article revised October 7th, 2011*)

When I originally posted this yesterday-within the part about 'my 'vision'-I left out ONE thing-thinking it was 'not important'?  That 'part' was that when 'he was whistling'--I left out something-that he was whistling to the tune of a Beatles Classic song, "Let it Be" thinking that was of no REAL importance?   Last night as I sat and watched the news I glanced up as I heard the words, "And Steve Jobs named his company Apple Inc. as he was a long time FAN of The BEATLES."   My mouth fell open and I whispered, "NOW I understand!"...Needless to say some things we think are NOT significant in a 'vision' of any kind just may be an most important 'part' of what our intuition has shown us.   As Readers say,..."Lesson LEARNED".
