Why Can't We Be Honored Everyday?

In recognition of Administrative Professionals' Day, the firm is holding a luncheon for all of us with a day off whenever we choose.  I feel this is nice but why can't we, as individuals, be honored everyday?  Why do we need to be reminded on the calendar of our worth to one another?

Each day is a gift to be in each other's company.  Honoring, respecting, and not taking one moment for granted with one another is a goal to be aspire.  Life is too short and precious not be living in this moment in the here and now....

How can we do this?  With random acts of kindness.  Hold the door open for a stranger.  Smile at someone who you don't know.  There are so many ways we could do this.  If each of us individually did this, then how would the world be different?  The energy would turn more positively!  It would change for the better!

Amen to that Amy!  Solitary acts of kindness can change the world.  Blessings and thanks for the great post today.

This is great. I was watching tv and saw Wayne Dyer challenged an audience to do as many acts of kindness as they can. Acts of good deeds or selfless things. Like  rescue a cat, help and old lady cross the street and things. I think that is wonderful and he encouraged everyone to journal it. That was in honor of Earth Day yesterday
