Create Your Own Dream Dictionary

Create Your Own Personal Dream Dictionary

We will use creative visualization to help you create your own personal dream dictionary.

Have you ever wondered why many dream books have different meaning to objects found in dreams?  It's pretty simple actually, it's called each person perceives things differently than others, and purchasing a dream book off of a shelf will not give you the direct meaning to what your dream was telling you unless you think exactly the same as the person who created it.

Having said that, I am going to help you create your own!

Equation Solution To Your Object:

1 (something good in your life) + 2 (Something that bothers you in your life) = 3 (The solution to this whole situation, or advice to enhance your happiness).

Your object has now found meaning.

If you enjoy this lesson, watch for future lessons, and if you are in need of having an entire dream interpreted, send me an e-mail, and we'll get started.  I understand how to find meaning in dreams in more ways than one, but will get you started on your way to understanding right here.  Hope you find this as enjoyable as I did creating the technique.

Creative Visualization Used In Technique

To figure out what your dreams actually mean, there is a vast variety of information that needs to be figured out, but lets start by first figuring out what objects within your dream actually mean to you personally.

Seamless energy responds to your answer.  "Wow, that really is interesting, and I just may want to really form into the type of object you are, but before I do, there are downfalls to everything that exists, and I would like to know what you think is a problem with the type of object you are."  (Write down your answer on line 2.)

Seamless energy seems a little distraught with your answers and after a slight hesitation says, "Wow, that doesn't sound very fun.  Now I'm not sure if I want to have to deal with the issues that bother you.  But I guess, before I figure out if I do want to take that journey, I should ask you one more question.  If there was anything that could be changed about you as the object that you are to make the problems you encounter easier to deal with, or erase them all together, what would that be?  (Note:  If you don't think anything could be changed, it's an acceptable answer, but even a change in your physicality of your this object is good.)  Now, write down your answer on line 3.

This is done through creative visualization, and a technique solely created by myself.  Creating your dream book will also help you discover more of who you are, and how you feel inside, which opens the door to discovery from within.

Each week, I will post ten new objects for you to interpret in your dream book, so if during the week you have a dream you want to find some meaning to, simply reply to this post with an object you seen within your dream, and I will add it to the list of objects that everyone can figure out.  This will help people to figure out important life events in their lives.

Technique Used For Interpreting Objects

You may think this is a bit silly at first, but it's actually quite fun, and you can get a lot of laughs out of it, but in order to figure out what the object of your dream means, you are going to have to pretend you are that object.  What this means, is if the object is a penny, you are now going to pretend you are a penny, and using the paragraph formula written on the right, you will answer the questions.

If your name is Sally, you are no longer Sally, but you would rather introduce yourself as 'penny'.  Once you have answered the questions, you will be able to sum the answers up, and post them in a certain area for the definition of your object.  When you are done with the interview, you will have a full understanding of what that object would mean if it were to appear within your dream.  So okay, you may begin by familiarizing yourself with the interview you will use with every object, which is found on the right.  Once you have read the interview, then proceed to finish reading this column.

What Your Answers Mean In Relation To Your Dream Dictionary

What you answered for each line must be broken down to the simplest terms possible.  Meaning, if you wrote you would feel unhappy, you must take things further by explaining what makes you unhappy.

(An example is given prior to the first words being introduced to show you the appropriate ways to write your answers.)

Now, once you have the specific answer, you can now use a new formula.  Line number one with the object listed gives reference to something you are looking forward to, or happy with in your life at the current moment.  So if this object shows up in the dream, you can count on the fact you are happy about something that's going on...which should be explained by your answer on line one.

Okay, line two gives reference to something that currently is happening in your life that tends to make you feel unsettled or unhappy inside, and line number three gives you a solution that could help you to fix what is going on, or enhance things as they are.  (Therefore, saying you would like to be more round would not be the correct answer, you would want to explain why being round would make things better.)

I am energy, floating without physical form, around the surface of the earth.  I am floating by when I notice you, and I stop, and ask, "I really want to decide what form I want to take on this earth.  I have never seen anything like you.  What is your name?"  (Whatever object you are working on is your name.)

I pause and look at you, and once again communicate.  It's nice to meet you (object).  I wonder if I would want to be you.  I would like to ask you a few questions about yourself, so I can decide if this is the right path to take."

You agree to answer the energy's questions, and the first one is, "As the object you are now, what would you say is one of your best uses?  What would you say is positive about yourself?"  (Write your answer down next to the number 1.)

EXAMPLE ANSWERS TO THE OBJECT BUTTERFLY

(aS I READ THE INTERVIEW UP ABOVE, I AM WRITING THE ANSWERS IN A SPECIFIC WAY TO FIND MEANING TO THE OBJECT BEING INTERPRETED.)

OBJECT:  BUTTERFLY
#1)  I FEEL FREE SPIRITED, INDEPENDENT, EXPERIENCED AND COLORFUL.  I ALSO HELP CREATE NEW LIFE THROUGH AND SPREAD BEAUTY.
#2)  I AM EASILY CAPTURED, AND NOT ALWAYS AWARE OF MY SURROUNDINGS.  MY PHYSICAL BODY CAN BE DAMAGED DUE TO THE IGNORANCE OF THOSE AROUND ME, AND CAN ULTIMATELY LEAD TO THE PERMANENT ENDING OF MY LIFE.  SOMETIMES I AM PREYED UPON BY OTHERS.

So I now know that if I see a butterfly in a dream that I am being a free spirited person, am independent, experienced and add color to my life.  I create new life, and spread beauty to those around me, but on the bad side, I am easily captured by others because I am not always aware of what is going on around me, and my physical body can suffer due to the damage of the ignorance of others around me.  This problem can even lead to my own death as I am preyed upon by some of these people around my life.  In order to get through this, I need to be able to do things more permanently, or stick to my word to help me through moments someone has me held captive, and be more aware of what is going on around me so I don't get involved in dangerous situations.

This is an example of how you are to both figure out your answers, how they should be written, and how you figure out the meaning for your dream dictionary.  Each person will have a different answer, although some meanings would be close in nature.  Now, lets start your dream book by taking your notebook, and a pen, and using the interview located up above to the right, figuring out each of the object's meanings from the right column of this area.
