Enhance Your Moods With Colors

Lets say you have seven different rooms in your house you want to redecorate, but you don't have the money to change everything at this exact moment.  If you take the colors, which are emotion provoking, and add them to each room, you could alter your emotions simply by going into a different room.  Not only is this cool, but actually serves as focal points for company to gaze at, and without even knowing it, you can affect them too.

Reactions To Colors...

RED:

Notice how when you combine red with green, the red jumps right out with you?  Well red is an action color that brings you energy.  Notice how the green is laid back, well, the green is a neautral healing color, and keeps things in balance and perspective.

ORANGE:

Notice how this orange just kind of demands your attention.  It's bold, strong, and warm.  And the blue, well, it just kind of cools things down a little bit and adds a little peace to the scenery.

YELLOW

Notice how the yellow just seems to be so bright.  This encourages intellect, as well as stimulates happy function, and when you look at the purple, it just sort of adds to that happiness by connecting spiritually with it.  All deeper, psychic, spiritual sense is found with the color purple, and it speak strongly of wisdom.

GREEN

Notice how this healing, peaceful and natural color green just buzzes with energy when it's combined with the color red.  Red in any atmosphere will energize any of the colors you are using to add that much more actions towards finding that peace.

BLUE:

Notice how the blue in this scene really shows how laid back it really is, how cool this color can react, and how peaceful it really seems.  Then add the color yellow to the scene, and you find anyone entering the room will have more intelligence to pick up on the peace and tranquility of the enhanced color blue.  People will feel very happy to be so relaxed.

INDIGO:

Notice this color indigo has absolutely no care in the world.  It's a carefree state, filled with nothing but romantic thoughts.  Now add the color pink with this contrasting power, and you'll find the attraction and the desire becomes hot with passion.

PURPLE:

Notice how this purple on this color green becomes lazy, and doesn't feel like doing much.  Notice how it's a time to relax and not think about anything, and notice how this laid back green tends to make the eyes sleepy, and would make you drift off to sleep.

These are the basic colors of the spectrum, and a useful tool to see how combinations would make someone feel.  This is just the tip of the iceburg, as these seven colors create so many more.  We will go more indepth about the use of colors by clicking on the advanced area in the links.  Otherwise, continue reading on with simple suggestions of where these patterns may best suit your moods.
