HOW TO BE IN THEIR MIND 24/7
Mind Contril is about your mind. It is about using your mind in a new and productive way. It is about getting what you want.
To begin we need to learn to meditate. Right now you are in the "beta" world where the mind vibrates at 14 cycles or more.. When you meditate you are slowing your mind down to 7 cycles, which is "alpha "
To do this you find a comfortable spot that is quiet and warm. You sit upright and focus at a spot where the ceiling and the wall seem to meet. You defocus your eyes. You slowly begin to count backwards from 100 . You tell yourself "it is a wonderful healthy feelng to relax." You tell yourself "to go deeper." Stay awake. As you progress it your ability to meditate and arrive at "alpha." you will be at the level of the mind that communicates with others at a distance, where the body heals itself and where you can program your mind for your goals.
Practice going to "alpha." Relax there and enjoy the event. See what you want. What you see is what you get.
