Hello Callers and Readers,

Keen will be offline for computer updates. The timing is 1:00am-6:00am PST.  This is a small window for computer and connection improvements!! We readers will  be available as soon as we are live again. Do not think you are having a computer malfunction if you try to reach the www.keen.com site and can't get through!! We will continue to be available to the very last minute!!

Now this is the kind of information that is helpful. I have made suggestions several times to keen customer service to let us know if they are updating the system. Or if there are technical difficulties. Thank you for the information.
