Sensual Hooping and July 2009 Horoscopes
Today I took my first Hula Hooping class it was amazing. It was sensual, great excercise, a lot of older women were taking it along with young. It was fun, and just moving my body in a different way felt so good. I took it in Sacramento, it is every Monday.
There is a huge hooping movement, people make money teaching others, going to retreats in coasta rica, teaching weight loss excercise classes, teachers training. I had no idea it was so popular. People make money doing performances and I am just enjoying doing something I love and being a kid again even though it feels very adult. I wanted to share this with you.
In class you find a new way to move your body and your hips and you have to become fluent in the hoop language, a sensual one on one language as if it were a lover or partner. I can't wait to get into advanced classes.
