Ethics of Readings
After much thought I've decided to post this blog. It is important when you are getting a Psychic Reading of any sort to keep in mind that a Medium or Tarot Reader is simply the messenger. As a reader and an Empath I am highly sensitive to other peoples energy.
When a call comes in I do my best to protect my energy field, however as I tap into the energy presented to "see" whats happening and to receive messages, I do in fact pick up on the caller's energy.
It is important as a client to understand where your emotions are. There are times when you want answers and you are highly charged emotionally when calling. Please keep in mind that a Psychic is human too. We are doing our job, we are simply giving you the messages we get. If Spirit tells me that I am not to answer a question then I can't. I get a big Stop Sign when I am not to answer further. If I continue to push, my gifts shut down. I'm aware that my honoring my Guides has ticked more then a few off as they wanted to know more personal information about someone else and their actions. If you are not in a relationship with someone but you want to know who they are having sex with, kissing, speaking to, etc. that is called prying, spying and it is unethical for me to go there. If you want to know the lesson for you, the energy between you or the reason for a breakup, the info that comes thru is usually info that will help you understand and grow.
If you are going to get readings please understand that we are simply messengers in human form and we don't deserve to be bullied by your anger if you aren't hearing what you want. Our job is to tell you as honestly as we can what we are receiving and what we are not receiving as far as messages. If your anger hits us and we can't calm it down, it affects us the same as it does you. I've blocked people for the inability to deal with repeated anger energy from that person. It is not personal it is for my own sanity. As you get to choose how your boss treats you, I get to choose how I am treated at work as well.
