I have become aware of a possible glitch in the Keen system.  A few other advisors have also posted blogs concerning this issue, which prompted me to test my client base, hence the mass email I sent out yesterday.  I find mass emails annoying and do not usually and customarily subscribe to the practice, but I did find that there was an issue with certain clients, who seemed to have been previously satisfied with my service, being blocked or showing up as having blocked me.  If you intentionally blocked me, that is fine, it is your choice, however, if you have tried to contact me and either received a message saying that you have been blocked, etc., you may want to read this:

If you have previously been a satisfied client of mine, and you find that when you attempt to contact me that the system says that you are blocked, or you otherwise are having difficulty connecting to me, please comment on this blog post if you wish to be “unblocked” or have me check with Keen Customer Service as to status.  Evidently there may be a glitch where clients have been blocked, (or advisors are somehow blocked at the client end unintentionally), from contacting certain advisors.

If you are having issues contacting me, please leave a comment here, I will check the status on my end to ensure that you were not unintentionally blocked by the system, provide your first name as I may not remember you by your keen member name.  Also check your account to ensure that somehow you have not accidently blocked me (or other advisors you still wish to have contact with).

For the purposes of maintaining confidentiality between us, I will NOT post your comments openly on the blog, I will moderate them from my end, for our eyes only, and try to resolve any issues that we may be experiencing, some of this “Blockage” may be as old as three years or longer, and it is just coming to light now.  I certainly want to work with you if you have a sincere desire to seek my guidance and would like to ensure that no one is left out.

Commenting on my blog is the only way that you can communicate with me if there is a blocking issue on the system that was not intentional.
