Denial Is NOT a River In Egypt

A Journey Into New Age Life Coaching

Coping With a Break Up

In my professional practice this is a nearly constant subject of discussion with clients.

As my Life Coaching is based in New Age Philosophies of Tarot, Astrology and the Metaphysical, at times it is difficult to get a client to focus on ways to cope with the situation at hand, as their focus is on the Psychic Implications of their sessions more than on the Here and Now of surviving this difficult period.

Questions typically focus on “Will He Come Back”, “When Will He Call”, “Is He With Someone Else”, “Why Did He Do This”, etc.

These are questions that I will answer to the best of my ability through the Professional Interpretation of the Tarot Cards.

I consider this Step One of my Advisor Sessions.

Many clients do not consider Step Two, either because they are accustomed to working with advisors who may not offer a “Step Two”, or, because they are so overcome by their situation that they cannot release their focus from the predictive stage of my coaching process due to their internal pain.

So, I felt that I would write a blog about Step Two, this is the “Life Coaching” portion of my professional practice and although Tarot, Astrology and other Metaphysical Methods may be employed during this process, for the most part, it is a very mainstream approach.

In coping with a break up there are several things you must consider and try to stay aware of while you heal.  Whether or not the individual in question will return is irrelevant, this is about taking care of YOU and making sure that you cope with your break up as well as is possible.

In order to prevent copyright infringement, this blog has been condensed to an excerpt as it currently appears in Brigid's book "The Dating Game, Insights Into Affairs of The Heart" releasing in April 2010 and available at Amazon and fine book sellers everywhere.  Ask for it by name!
