Scheduling Preferences for My Keen Clients

Ok, guys, as you know the wedding is taking place on June 9, 2007, and that up until that time my availability will be extremely erratic.

What I would like to do after the marriage takes place is set up a very “specific” set of hours of availability, say, beginning the week of June 18, 2007, in order to provide you with the most consistent service I can.

I plan on upping my hours available, (once I’m an old married woman), as things will be much less hectic, etc., and I have been thinking of making my hours available a straight 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST Monday through Friday (as you know I rarely work weekends).  The only problem with that is, my West Coast clients will have a difficult time reaching me as historically I usually stay on very late night on Mondays and Tuesdays.

So how about this…..

Post here your preferred hours of contacting me (use EST), my thinking at this point is to set up my schedule with the 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. format and work evening hours as well on Mondays and Tuesdays, and for Wednesdays and Thursdays, again 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and take Friday off with my weekend.

As you know, if I am around on the weekend and you have placed an arranged call, I do try to take it to accommodate you, but I am speaking of standing hours.

I appreciate your input as I do want to increase my availability after the wedding, especially since there are “so many goings on” during the summer months.
