You absolutely must visit Charlie Weaver's Restaurant!!!

We've been going there for years and the food is just fantastic!!! 

Even better than the food, is the atmosphere...  Tommy and Mikey are the owners, Chrisann is Tommy's sister and she waits tables and tends bar, and the place just has a great ambiance.  It's fun and comfortable and soooo friendly!!!

The house specialties are smoked ribs, and the Saturday Night Special is a Prime Rib meal that just can't be beat!

We go there so often that Tommy and Chrisann even have a funny little song made up about me sung to the tune of "slinky", but the words are a bit too risque' to post here....all in good fun!

They are located just outside of White Haven, PA, so if you ever take a trip out this way, please stop by and just tell them that "Brigid sent you"......you'll love it!

Mikey is currently organizing a huge picnic for May 27th as a fund raiser for the American Cancer Society, it's driving her crazy.  I am going to have a booth there giving mini readings and all proceeds are going to "The Cure".  We were talking last night and there is so much work to be done...she's really giving this her all. 

There will be something like five live bands at the picnic, activities for kids, lots of food stands, a dunking booth, it's really going to be a fine event!
