I want to Thank EACH and EVERY one of you who offered prayers, lit candles, and exemplified true concern over my Mother's condition.

I am happy to report that mom IS recovering very well so far from her recent stroke.

Although she still displays symptoms of expressive aphasia, she is in good spirits and is currently admitted to the rehabilitation floor of our local hospital.

She remembers what happened, and her faculties are in tact.

She still has to "reach" for certain words, and you can see her frustration as she does so, but she is well on her way to a full recovery.

She is undergoing physical therapy to increase her strength and her mobility, and will be in the hospital for about another 11 days undergoing these therapies.

A neurologist is montioring her and she is also being treated by a speech pathologist.

I sincerely thank you for all of your kindness and your continued support.

As you know, running to visit her and maintaining her home (along with mine) during her stay is disrupting my schedule, and I thank you all for your patience and loyalty to me during this period.

I will be on and off intermittently today until approximately 1 a.m. EST tonight, so rest assured if you arrange a call, I will do my best to accommodate you.

The Prayers that are going out for my mom, (please don't stop yet), are showing dramatic effects on her improvement.
