The quickest and easiest way to tap into the psyche of the object of your interest is to have a Natal Chart Analysis run on him or her.

It is a requirement for preciseness of interpretation to have the subject's birth time, however, if the birth time is unavailable, you can receive a Solar Chart Analysis, it will be close, but not as accurate.
