Hello, Fellow advisors!

Are any of you having difficulty with receiving any calls today? I have been logged on since early this morning and haven't gotten a call.   

I called Customer Service and apparently there is an issue with certain cell phone towers not being able to relay the calls.  What this means is that customers are given the message that their numbers are being blocked..which is not true.  I have been told that Keen is working diligently to correct this problem.

To our wonderful clients and friends, I apologize for the inconvenience and hope you keep trying.
