Have you gone broke calling psychics?
It's no secret I enjoy reading not only the feedback I've received from my friends(callers), but those of other advisors here on Keen. I do it to see if I'd like to spend time with them getting a reading. I do not read for myself...as like so many other advisors, I can deflect the message because I may not read what the message is....I'm too emotionally close to the situation...and I can rationalize.....but I digress.
What I've sensed and read from alot of the callers is that they've run out of funds. I even read where a caller admitted in their feedback they maxed out their credit cards calling an advisor.
This concerns me greatly! When I talk with someone and I get the message that money is an issue for them; I have actually told the caller not to add more money because I do not want them to get into a bind by calling me. I will offer to send them a follow-up e-mail with the remainder of the messages I need to give them. As a single parent I have mouths to feed, bills to pay, obligations to meet. So I truly feel your pain.
I want you to read and answer these next questions...Be truthful in your answers!
Are you a pychic addict?
If you talk to more than one psychic a day...then you're an addict.
If you visit and talk to more than one psychic on more than one site......then you're an addict.
If you have maxed out your credit cards talking with a psychic.....then you're an addict.
If you had to refinance your home/gotten a home equity loan/gotten a personal loan in order to pay bills because the money you've budgeted has gone to call psychics...then you're an addict.
If you have not paid bills and/or gone into bankruptcy in order to speak with psychics...then you're an addict.
It's a trust issue...With you...with the person you've called. The question you need to ask is this?? What's REALLY bothering you? Can you answer your question yourself? Are you calling for confirmation, advice, or what? Ask yourself, "what I am not trusting or what am I feeling that makes me too insecure to go to God?" We all have natural instincts and if we listen to that still, quiet voice inside we will find that "we know the answer."
Addiction is no respector of persons. It's like gambling, alcoholism, or drug addiction. When we allow something to dominate us we are lost.
Come out of yourself and your self pity. Do something kind for yourself, for someone else. If a lover is gone try to let go. If a job is not working out, look someplace else. Maintain your sanity. Don't make one thing too evil and the other too good. That only makes it more enticing.
Enjoy your day! Cheryl
