3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked, chopped

1 large red pepper

1 1/2 c. mayo (you can substitute light mayo)

6 green onions sliced

3/4 to 1 c diced sun dried tomatoes (you can substitute regular tomatoes)

2 tsp. italian seasoning

 

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl; chill for 1 hour prior to serving

Spoon onto iceberg lettuce leaves and serve.
