I haven't done one of these for awhile...y'all need to have your palates pleased, so here it is!  Enjoy your day!  Cheryl

6 large boneless, skinless breasts of chicken

coarse salt (I like Kosher salt, myself)

coarse ground black pepper

1/2 bottle of either ceasar or greek dressing ( I prefer marzetti's greek dressing)

1 cup grated fresh parmesan

marinara sauce (your preference)

6 sprigs freash basil for garnish

1 pound fresh spinach pasta

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup chicken broth

Prepare 8 hours prior to cooking:  Line a roasting pan with foil. Season chicken with salt and pepper.  Pour dressing over chicken and top with the parmesan.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and reduce to 350 degrees when you place the chicken in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes.

While chicken is cooking, heat marinara sauce and make your pasta according to the box.  Once pasta is done, toss in olive oil and chicken broth and set aside in large pasta bowl.

After 25 minutes, turn oven to broil and and brown the top of the chicken (about 3-4 minutes).

Remove chicken from oven.  Divide pasta onto 6 plates and place one breast on top of pasta. You can slice the chicken prior to serving if you wish.

Serve marinara sauce on the side. Garnish with basil and serve!
