Take care of you..
It is in the utmost importance that you take care of yourself. This may sound selfish, but in the reality of all that is, you are an integral part. If you are not feeling well, you cannot influence the vibrationality as well as you could when you are feeling well and at peace.
This message is for you. This message is for all you who are healing yourself as well as others and the planet. Allow yourself the time and the efforts that it takes to take care of yourself physically, mentally and spiritually. This is our message to you. You know who you are.
