Understand dear children, that the better you take care of you, the more valuable you are to others..

Look at them.  Look at those you love now and realize that the better you treat yourself, the more you will have to give of yourself.  The greater good is served for all when you choose to be healthy, physically as well as emotionally and mentally. 

What you put in and on your body is for you to choose and will directly influence the way you feel and therefore, the way you behave.  The way you feel has a vibration that reaches out to all there is and all that you come into contact with is affected by who you are at any given moment.  You are what you eat, drink and think.  Take care of you and you will see that all else falls into place.  All you do is affected.  All those around you will experience a healthy you, as well.  This is good.
