This morning as I sipped my cocoa and watched GMA, I saw them talking of Kate Moss and her remark. I started meditating on balance. All over our country they get worried about obesity, then this comes out and they worry about being too skinny. Our country"s budget is way off balance. Hilary Clinton on Meet the Press Sunday spoke candidly about when her husband was in office our country's budget was in "balance". This is what life is all about when we are in tune with our path. Balance - plants have balance, male and female, all life has a sort of balance. Even our car batteries must have a positive a negative. Our tires must be in "balance". To play sports, we need our feet in stay balanced. Why would we assume that our spiritual lives don't have to be in balance? We forget to take the little time we need to get positive, to say to Higher Power, Hey there, thanks for being there. I need my dream today. I'm balancing my spirit with yours to make my dreams come true." 5 minutes. We can put a smile on our face, meet the day. What a great opportunity we have to make a difference to the people around us.

I am here most of the day today. I'm staying in all day. Tomorrow morning I will be sending out my daily email then going to my youngest grandson's birthday party. He will be 2 Nov 30th. Happy Birthday to my sweet Andrew. I will be on tomorrow afternoon and night! wow, we have a bunch to celebrate in our family. My brother's birthday was Nov 2, my nephew's the 19th, my grandson Andrew, the 30th, my dad's the 26th, My mom's in Dec 6, and my other wonderful to be 9 years old grandson James!!! And my mom and dad's 58th wedding anniversary is Dec 24th. He was in the military and that was when they could get leave. Add thanksgiving and Christmas in there and we have lots of blessings these last months of the year!
