Happy Monday night
Today is a great day. We had 75 degree weather here with the sun shining. It was beautiful outside. I went to my swim therapy class and we had a ball. Even though the pool is heated, they had just changed the water and it was freezing!!! We really had to dance around to keep from getting cold. It was truly invigorating. Life can be like that. We get down, then something comes to get us pumped up, our heart racing and deep breaths and we are ready to go again. I hope to share with you on your path tonight. I had some appts open still and will be on until 11 pm central time. Looking forward to sharing with you. blessings
