Visions to behold
It is never safe to look into the future with eyes of fear. Author: Edward H. Harriman Source: None We all have our fears. We have doubts, we don't trust that our vision is really sent from Higher power, we don't trust our choices. Others try to keep us from realizing our vision, our dream sometimes because they can't see the vision, it is not the norm, it is not their dream. Visualize our dream, keep our vision alive. No, it is not always easy to move forward without fear. Fear is a good defense mechanism when used to keep us from doing something dangerous, but it can be quite debillitating , keeping us frozen from that very thing we need, we desire the most. Visualization tips: Sit quietly in a place where no distractions, not the tv, the phone, the computer, kids or spouse can break the meditation. Some concentrate on one word some count backwards from 10 down to 1 until the mind is clear, empty of all worries, fears. Then concentrate on the one vision that we have in mind for this day. To start don't try to concentrate on several as it will send our minds reeling around, around, the very thing that is not letting us visualize, to realize the dream. Picture in our minds that 1 thing that we would like to see happen. Continue to keep that vision in our minds then envelope it in a pink bubble. Then send that bubble out to the universe wishing it well. SIt back without fear khnowing that the vision is now alive. Iam here my usual hours today. I look forward to sharing with you today. love ya, Me, Bob and Bets
