Another Storm is over ! Mercury retrograde comes to a climatic close at the beginning f November . With is comes to a close of all the crazy tumultuous thoughts and deeds.
( we hope ). Connections are gently re-established like flowers in bloom. And the sweetness of peace enfolds us again.

Leading us gently and lightly towards one of the years happiest times again….
The Christmas season and the new year.

It is a time to remember Gods love for us, for his gift of the new born child. With it comes to us the innocence of the manger and the tenderness and the vulnerability of life with all its wonder.




I drove out in my car today jut to look at the Autumn sky ! I smelled to cleanness of the air as it brushed against my cheek. Across the field the tress gently cushioned the sky as It met the horizon. I heard the voices of the little birds chirping in the air as they danced on the blanket of blue. Dancing and gliding across the heavens… Toooowit ….. to.. woooo…… they sang in a never ending song of praise and Glory. I was amazed. How much God would enjoy this little song they sang and how much more would he enjoy our songs of praise to him. So I lifted my voice and sang “ How great though art…. “
The Earth seemed to be born anew.
It was time for a fresh start , for you and for me.

Life is like a symphony of colors textures taste and sounds you and I are called to direct this glorious harmony. God put us in charge of that. That’s amazing!

Lets conduct it gently my friend. Lovingly so the body music and our soul path ring out in pure synchronization.

It is hard sometimes to get way from the bad habits and even to forgive those that have hurt us , knowingly or unknowingly . However if we can find joy in just being “ YOU” then the rest can be worked on and worked out.

  • Think of a few things that will bring you joy and hold on to them today.
  • Go out of your house, find a spot you feel comfortable in nature close your eyes and feel the energy of the earth .Hear the rustling of the leaves and the echoes of the wind. Hear life and embrace it. Love it . Give thanks
  • Drink hot tea. With or without honey .
  • Run a salt bath and soak in it visualize some good things for you .
  • Ask God to surround you with his love.
