Pain or Gain ???


It is hard sometimes to break free from our past emotional dramas and traumas. We have almost created within us a self preservation system that we hide beyond a wall of pain and revisit it
over and over again.
We are also famous to blame other for this terrible negative emotions we have .
And Conveniently so !
I plead guilty to this myself.
Poor me ! Such a victim of despair !!!! 

We feel down because we borrow our pain from the past ( and please note that I use the word “ Borrow “ )
The memory of pain seems to haunt us more than the memory of love

Our faith factor has been busted and not we are afraid to commit even to trust !We visit our sadness everyday constantly sometimes.
Its like turning on a TV. We relive it in our heads. Not only do we sit down with the remote and watch it on a BIG Screen . But we get some popcorn as well.

Heavens forbid if we don't do it in style ( smiles )
I must admit I am exaggerating , but hey I think you can relate :)

My friend if you want to make the “ Best “ of your life and the
“ now “ Your TV channel has to change .Or we will become resentful angry people with so much of bitterness in our minds that not only will we have emotional luggage but twisted up hearts and heavy heads.

Lets stop blaming others for our pain. Even God did not say that life was “ Fair “ I know it can “ suck “ sometime …. Been there myself !But don't let the “Suckyness “ stick to you .

Let it go !!!!

Change the channel of your remote.

Don’t be a victim , be a creator.

We all want to hurt the person that hurt us.That’s picking up your own dirt with bare hands.Stop conjuring up ways to get the last dig in the door.

Bad Karma ..!

Let the universe take care of that for you  .

Forgive . Forget . Let Go !!

Make a choice today to be one with heart soul and mind and be glad and joyful, be rested my friend.And your garden of life will bloom with abundance !
