Pain is something we feel on many levels as a response from certain situations, choices or individuals.  As an empath my life has been a roller coaster of pain because everything was always so meaningful and I just couldn't understand at times why the rest of the world didnt feel as I do.  It has taken me sometime to finaly put my pieces together to face pain head on no matter the form it seems to come in. 

There's no way out of pain except straight through the middle of it.  We all know the concept that Pain is an illusion, only Gods love is real.  Yet when has it ever stopped the pain?  A concept has to be applied and unfortunetly the earth plane is such a low density and our consciousness so filled with everything other than perfection that it takes a little more than closing our eyes and stating "Pain is not real for me"

The process requires repitition not for God to hear but for our own minds that believe and accept anything other than God Love and perfection as our reality.  Pain is really an illusion that we created to keep us in the belief being seperate from our divine perfection. Can you look at pain as an illusion when you are in the experience of feeling it?  Yes, you can but are you willing to do it.  You must move into that pain with full acceptance that you created it.  YES, you did create it consciously even though it may appear it is being done to you.  Claim it not real, repeat it over and over until you feel it is not real.  This can take days of applying or minutes depending on how deep your creation of that pain goes within you.  Take responsibility and know that you are a Divine power capable of creating this grand illusion, every detail of your pain, the people, the place, everything you created it. 

You must find that place within you that knows itself the power and presence of a superbeing.  Imagine yourself a Goddess or God, an Empress or Emperor totally in control of every vibration of thought.  Raise yourself up above your crown chakra and Fully be that identity and take back your power from the creation that you believe caused you pain.  The pain is not real only the Divine as you in that highest vision of you is real as the creator. Now you can create only Joy because you are in your perfected you.  You have claimed your responsibility as creator, reclaimed your power from it and are now free to experience Joy

When You are strong enough in your power to say "I AM A DIVINE CREATOR AND POWER WHO ACCEPTS NOTHING LESS THAN JOY AND PERFECTION!"  then you will begin to live totaly responsible for all your creations. Its your choice whether you create joy or continued pain.
