ASCENSION LESSONS FROM LADY MASTERS
This is a series of lessons that is intended to cover many of the aspects of Ascension. These lessons will be taught by female Ascended Masters of various Orders. Although all of these masters are balanced in the male and female aspects of their personalities, these individuals have chosen to manifest female bodies during this time in the continuum of All That Is. The following lesson was given on May 15, 2007 by Sehaji Master Lady Kata Daki:
I am Kata Daki and today I would like to speak about the ways that men and women communicate or don't communicate.
Women have always been talkers, except for the times in history when they were killed or punished for speaking out of turn in a patriarchal society. Men rarely communicate verbally. They are more apt to get their point across with a look, belch or wave of their hand. Even some of our more prominent men of letters use these techniques upon occasion.
Women find they must repeat themselves, sometimes over and over again, when they are trying to convey an idea to a man. May I suggest using pictures while feeding him something. Men like to eat but eating is not quite enough to get their full attention. One must have a TV program on or perhaps some light conversation or something to look at.
A woman can never get a man's attention if he is busy with work or play. He will resent you even trying.
Now, most women have a tendency to over do...to give wayyyy too much information in the first few minutes of an attempt at conversation. It is probably because they feel that they may not have another chance to broach the subject for several hours or even days.
However, some women are smart enough to entice their mate in some way, let's say a provocative suggestion, linked to a brief request. Such as... "Dinner tonight, 6 o'clock, wear nothing, bring lawn mower." Now that would get any man's attention!
Intimacy is another difference between the sexes that could be improved upon.
Women like soft music, candles, a bubbly bath and some wine to relax her before she is ready to become romantic. Men just like most of their clothes off and a quick response.
Now, I'm not saying everyone is this way. But as a whole, each sex uses a little different method to accomplish the same thing...a precious moment of intimacy with the one you most love.
Since communication is so essential in manifesting understanding between peoples, it seems to me that perhaps some great minds could come up with better ways to communicate between the sexes.
Now, I'm not saying I have any of the answers on how to do that. In fact, the reason I am presenting this scenario in this way is to cause you, each of you, to think more deeply about what you could do to help improve communication with the opposite sex. I guess you could call it your homework for this week.
