Elizabeth Kubler-Ross said …. “People are like stained glass windows, they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light within.”
Dr. Kubler-Ross’s quote is the inspiration for today’s Positive Affirmation because it tells a lot about ourselves. When the chips are down, do we run in fear, or stand our ground and speak up for what we believe? Do we allow our inner light to shine through, or do we turn our light off and let the darkness take hold of us ?
Today’s Positive Affirmation is designed to plant the seed of Light in your heart where it will take root and flourish, never to be extinguished by the trials and tribulations thrown in our path by the darker forces. When we are based in positivity, we accept dark force advances as stepping stones toward our greater growth and unfoldment. And, we don’t allow the darkness to impact the love we have for ourselves and others We keep moving forward, lights on ~ Angels and Guides at the ready ! Try this affirmative treatment for a week to enhance your strength, courage and keep your Love Light shining!

Please repeat the affirmation three times, and try to do so in sets of threes. Set a trigger for yourself to remember to say your affirmations daily --- perhaps breakfast, lunch and dinner, or drive to work, drive home from work and before bedtime – something easy and familiar so it will work best for you.
