FRIDAY'S POSITIVE AFFIRMATION: Energy of the Spoken Word

Today's positive affirmation deals with spoken word energy. Every word we speak is in itself a vibrational energy that fills the immediate atmosphere with an unseen but very real energy. This affirmation will help you to become more mindfull of the words you speak and therefore the energy that you put out into your personal atmosphere. Remember to say your positive affirmation in sets of threes, which means say it three times each time you say it. You can either say it out loud if you are by yourself, or quietly in your heart. The effect will be the same.

When we are mindfull of our words, we consciously set healing energy into motion around us thereby inviting positiving into our world. We can purposely choose to speak positive words and cleanse our psychic atmosphere, or we can choose negative words to spread poison .... which will you choose?
