FRIDAY'S POSITIVE AFFIRMATION: Loving Yourselves
Greetings Dear Ones ....
Do you consider yourself a loving being, with genuine, heartfelt feelings for other people and God's creatures? I'm sure ... you have answered "Yes!" And, this is a wonderful thing. The most difficult part of "Loving" is to turn that wonderful feeling and emotion toward yourself. We may be listening to old 'tapes', playing them over and over again, feeding the negative entities that originated these old 'tapes'. Time now to remove the old tapes and create new ones, ones that serve our Higher Purpose by feeding us nutritionally sound positive thoughts, words and emotions. Today's Positive Affirmation is about accepting yourself and .... "Loving Yourself."

The best time to speak your Positive Affirmations is when you are feeling down and out. Why? Because that is when negativity is doing its job of taking your power. That is the time to put on the boxing gloves of self-empowerment and duke it out with negativity ~~ simply by speaking aloud your Positive Affirmations. Don't allow yourself to buy into shame, guilt and grief. You are a perfect being in an imperfect world. Smile brightly and know that you are aligning yourself with Spiritual Truths that have been in existence for hundreds of thousands of years, perhaps even millions of years. Smile often, smile big ! And, repeat your affirmations in sets of threes frequently.
